The Precision and high performance parallel horizontal CNC PINACHO lathes are manufactured and developed using high quality components and materials and the most advanced manufacturing technology. 

 

The hardened and ground (400-450 HB) slides and guideways for the carriage and bed assure a long life and allow high speed displacement. The special design of the headstock guarantees quiet running, high removal rate of chips, and an excellent quality finish of the machined pieces. An innovative highly advanced system of automatic speed change ranges.  The main spindle has great rigidity and is mounted on high precision angular contact bearings, which have been pre-loaded and greased for their working life, guarantees extremely accurate turning. Hardened and ground ballscrews on both the X and Z axes guarantee long life and great accuracy. The combination of the high speeds of the headstock and slides, allows the operator to take advantage of the latest modern techniques in machining. Thanks to the ergonomic design of the handwheels for use in manual mode, the machine is able to function similar to a conventional lathe. Maintenance free AC motors drive the main spindle and ballscrews. Automatic lubrication of all the slide ways.  The lathe is completely enclosed allowing safe and high removal rate of chips. The modern, well thought out design of the machine combines safety with comfort, allowing free and easy access to any part of the lathe. The whole machine has been built to conform to CE norms.
